Shipping Policy

1. Shipping & Processing Times

All orders are processed within 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days.

• Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high seasonal volume.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Strength Bay is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Lost Packages

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

• We recommend taking photos of the damaged packaging as evidence for the carrier.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

• Finality of Sale: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Strength Bay is not responsible for stolen packages or "porch piracy." We recommend shipping to a secure location.
